What would cause dental pain even though the tooth is in perfect condition as per two dentists?

yeah, DJ's right. Any type of trauma to the teeth could cause pain. If you bumped it hard with a fork or something, it is like a bruise on the inside. It should go away in less than a week, if you stick to softer foods. Also, the sinus idea is very common. Try taking Sudafed and see if that helps at all. If it hurts more when you bend over, then it's probably sinus related.

I would stick w/ibuprofen for a few days if you can take that.
Reply:Some times sinus and or ear infections can cause you teeth to hurt. You might want to go to your regular doctor and have you ears and sinuses checked.

If you cough alot, your teeth can start to hurt from smacking together as you cough.

Good Luck %26amp; feel better
