Teeth questions? what is the best mouth rinse?

Is salt water good enough? what about peroxide and water? what is your favorite toothpaste? is sugar free gum good or bad? (it keeps the saliva flowing, but it is sticky! will it eventually pull out a crown or a filling?) has this happened to you? also, will you please tell me if you have any professional dentistry background? or are you just an ordinary person? (and that's totally ok!) what is your favorite flavor of mouth rinse? does the mouth rinse have to sting (or "tingle") to work? does it have to contain alcohol? does eating cheese (and milk products) really help control bacteria in the mouth? does anyone have any good snack ideas between brushing? (when you just can NOT get to your toothbrush?) carrot sticks (contains some sugar) but does the fiber and the crunching outway the sugar factor? PS. I have a crown that I want to keep. It is brand new. I had 12 fillings, 1 root canal, and one tooth removed in two years after consistently perfect check ups. what happened?

Teeth questions? what is the best mouth rinse?
1. Any mouthrinse has a temporary 'cleaning' situation, whether it is commercial or homemade. More often you use it, you keep your mouth clean round the clock. 2. Pepsodent G. but remember toothpastes are a medium. It is your diet and how you brush and your snacking habit that will determine your Oral hygiene. 3. Surgar free gum is OK. 4. under normal circumstances, your crowns will be strong enough NOT to come out. But tough toffees and a bad crown may come off. 5. NO! 6. Yes dental professional. 7.Mint flavor, a sting is ok %26amp; yes it does contain a little alcohol, check the lable ! 8. No C and Milk do not control bacteria. 9. carrot sticks sugar is not very harmful. Don't snack too much, if you can avoid. 10. Looks like you are snacking too much refined sugar and its product.

Brush more often, floss regularly and visit your dentist often to keep everything intact. And all the best !!
