Is it ever okay to keep your wisdom teeth in.?

i have had my wisdom teeth and the dentist says they can stay in. my teeth are perfect. if i opt to remove them (less chance for cavities) will my teeth start seperating, due to more room in the mouth, or will they stay straight and pull to the front. if i keep them in will they become crooked and tight?

Is it ever okay to keep your wisdom teeth in.?
I think you should only remove you wisdom teeth if there is no room for them. Most cases then not, that%26#039;s what happens. If there are posing no problems and you mouth has room then don%26#039;t mess with it! You don%26#039;t want to end up regreting it.........man it can be painful!
Reply:yeah al long as it dosnt hurt but if it dose get them out it can cause movement and then you will have to get braces
Reply:all the bad things you have ever heard is false. keeping your wisdom teeth is fine, nothing will happen. just remember to brush them good or you will have cavities.
Reply:it%26#039;s okay if they are not causing any problems. it%26#039;s an old wives tale and very profitable for dentists that people have their wisdom teeth removed. It%26#039;s actually on a case by case basis.
Reply:If your teeth are perfect then leave them alone...don%26#039;t mess with perfection.
Reply:If they aren%26#039;t causing you any problems and they%26#039;re healthy, there is no need to remove them. Just because most people need to have them out, for one reason or another, that doesn%26#039;t mean you do. You are fortunate in this. Removing them would have implications, you%26#039;re right.
Reply:the wisdom teeth can stay in as long as they%26#039;re not coming in crooked or if they%26#039;re not infected. mine had to be removed because the roots wrapped around the nerve, which caused them to start coming in sideways.
Reply:Keep them in if the doctor says so. Mine were impacted and were causing headaches so they had to be removed.

I think you be fine.
Reply:If the dentist says leave them then just keep them. If you have them taken out you could have complications from the removal that you dont need to risk since the dentist said leave them in.
Reply:If they already fully in and the dentist says they%26#039;re okay, then leave them. If you%26#039;re worried, get a second opinion. I had to remove mines because they were impacted and causing overcrowding because I had no room.
