Is there any better way to make teeth more white?
Hi Jasmine,

Check this expert tips...

1.Brush your teeth everyday, every 12 hours. Do ensue the bristles are not worn out. Change your brush regularly. Old worn out brushes just cannot brush away plaque forming bacteria and are useless.

2.Brushing must be a 2-3 minutes (by the clock) activity with special care to clean on the inside surfaces of the teeth. Using a fluoridated tooth paste is recommended. The paste used is not significant as long as it contains fluoride. What is important is the brushing technique. Ask your dentist for a demo of the right brushing technique suitable in your given situation.

3.Dry and grind orange peels to a coarse powder and brush your teeth daily with this powder for making them beautiful and sparkling white

4.Try chewing raw vegetables , once a day . Raw vegetables are a healthy snack and they will also help in cleaning your teeth.

5.Another simple tip to make your teeth a topic of envy among others, is to eat sugarcane daily.

6.Rubbing salt on the teeth and rinsing off after sometime, is equally helpful in making the teeth sparking white.

7.Dry and grind orange peels to a coarse powder and brush your teeth daily with this powder for making them beautiful and sparkling white.

8.For yellowish teeth treatment, you can also rub together a mixture of turmeric powder, powdered salt and lime juice on it. Repeating this process for about 15-16 days, will bring back the natural glow.

9.Powdered cloves and lump sugar not only makes your teeth white but also keeps them healthy if used daily.

This will surely bring results...

Reply:its really you and not your aunt right? ;) Anyway stop eating junk food and chocolates and continue the habit of brushing twice a day. Its even better to brush after every meal.
Reply:Age and diet may cause dingy teeth brush teeth 1st then rinse then, followed by a small amount of baking soda on the brush, then brush for the same amount of time 2-3mins rinse mouth, repeat every day once.
Reply:If u brush ur teeth u can make teeth White
Reply:Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html
Reply:Hi jasmine i hope this msg finds u and u'r aunt in good health,

I read so many comments given by so many ppl to u ,in particular raj....way to go raj i guess those comments r best to keep u'r teeth healthy and keep cavities and gum diseases away.

Let me keep my explaination very simple so that its not confusing.....First of all get the teeth checked by a dentist to figure out what kind of stain it is eg:INTRINSIC(internal) or EXTRINSIC(external).depending on the kind of stain v have diff treatment protocol.

Usually extrinsic stains r quite comon and its esy to remove i.e by good cleaning and polishing by a well qualified dentist.

Intrinsic stains r tougher ones...v have to know what kind of intrinsic stain 1ST,irrespective the kind of stain there is procedure called BLEACHING which usually solves the prob.

Now there is home bleach(which is done by ourselves in the house)which is given by the dentist in a form of a tray and solution dispensed in a syringe or a CHAIR SIDE bleach(Office bleach)which is done in the clinic by the dentist.

Depending upon the depth of the stain the dentist might alter the concentration of the bleaching agent on to the teeth.

There r diff kinds of office bleach u can get the details from the dentist.

Results are quite good after the treatment u can come back with sparkling teeth.

Regards,

dr.

P.S-always remember for evry ACTION THERE IS AN OPPOSITE REACTION...there are mild side effects on the teeth, remember to ask this when u go to u'r dentist.
