Reply:Dr. David Slater in Arlington Tx. He is highly recomended in the dfw area. He will probably be less expensive than some one from east or west coast
Reply:The states are all different ...like if you go to Florida to have this done...it would be cheaper than California..(the same dental work) So, with this understanding if you chose to even go to one of the central states or a north/western state it would even be cheaper because people in these states are not often getting this type of work.





Or, you may want to go to California, New York, etc. and pay the higher price whereas they do this work all the time and more experience in what looks great.





You can search the web for Cosmetic dentistry...specializing in custom work the whole USA..and then you can begin to search websites and email those dentist asking for what you want. This is a start. I wouldn't suggest one state over the other..as another state may prove better results.
Reply:don't ask a dentist for CAPES on your teeth- that would look ridiculous, and would be very impractical.
